A handbook for training of disabled on rural enterprise


This guide is designed for government and non-governmental organizations working for the social integration, rehabilitation, training and empowerment of persons with disabilities in rural areas. Its main objective is to give direction on how to prepare persons with disabilities to become active members of society and generate income through micro-enterprise development. The aim of this guide is to reduce the risks involved in setting up a new project through careful preparation. It provides a step-by-step guide to assisting the disabled to start a small enterprise. It further reviews the Success Case Replication methodology and how it can be used with disabled persons.
