Improving the Livelihood of Poor Farmers in Southern Cambodia, Quarterly Report – IA (4)

Abstract:

This document is a quarterly progress report for the program “Improving Livelihood of Small Farmers in Southern Cambodia”, implemented by the Centre d'Etude et de Developpement Agricole Cambodgien (CEDAC) in cooperation with DAALI. This is a five-year project, which began in June 2003. It was funded by a grant of the Japan Fund for Poverty Reduction (JFPR), which is administered by the Asian Development Bank (ADB). The JFPR Project aimed at reducing rural poverty by improving the opportunities of poor and vulnerable farmers to establish a sustainable livelihood. This phase of the project was implemented in Kampong Cham, Prey Veng, and Svay Rieng provinces. This report presents the process, activities and results achieved by the project within the fourth quarter, March to May, 2004.
