Activities:

  • Provide material support to farmer families for livestock raising{comma} vegetable and herb raising{comma} fruit trees{comma} fish ponds{comma} compost making{comma} craft making{comma} and palm sugar production.
  • Conductquarterlymeetingswithfarmerfamilygroupleaders.
  • Conduct quarterly meetings with village livestock agents (VLAs)

 

Objective 2: The health and hygienic practices of 80% of the target community will improve as a result of farmer families receiving training and initial support.

 

Activities:

  • Conducttrainingswithfarmerfamiliesonthetopicsofwaterfilterandmosquitonetusage.
  • Provide initial input to farmer families for water filters and mosquito nets.
